Parents remain the primary and principal persons responsible for the education of their children. On this basis, the Institute organizes monthly meetings of study for parents, aimed at increasing their basic cultural knowledge and competence on the communicative issues of hearing-impaired children.

During these meeting, Ephpheta teachers and external experts convey knowledge and tips for families to continue at home the work of education and rehabilitation carried out in the Institute, and to accompany the children in the study and learning process.
