Within the School, a social welfare service is active for the students' families. The purpose of this service is to provide parents with information and assistance to help address the problem of deafness of their children and any economic and working difficulties of the household.

The service is also responsible for the relationships with other institutions, centers and Palestinian public services to allow students to continue to study and then to facilitate their job placement.
